To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the key booking conditions below.
By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Swarna Mandapa Terms of Rental.
PAYMENT
• Down payment 100% is required at the time of booking.
• Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
• Bank transfer may be available as an alternative payment method.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable IDR 5,000,000 Security Deposit is payable upon arrival.
The Security Deposit may be used to cover:
• Damage or breakages
• Missing items
• Additional cleaning
• Excess rubbish removal
• Unauthorised late departure
The balance of the Security Deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory departure inspection.
CANCELLATIONS
Direct Bookings Only
• More than 14 days before arrival Full refund less a 15% administration fee and any applicable bank or credit card charges.
• Within 14 days of arrival Bookings are non-refundable.
• No refund is available for early departure or no-shows.
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or other booking platforms remain subject to the cancellation policy of that booking platform.
DATE CHANGES
• Date changes requested more than 14 days before arrival may be made subject to availability and seasonal rate differences.
• Requests made within 14 days of arrival will be considered at the sole discretion of Swarna Mandapa.
YOUR STAY
Check-in: From 3:00 pm
Check-out: By 10:00 am
The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your reservation.
The residence is reserved exclusively for your booking and accommodation is prepared according to the number of guests confirmed.
DURING YOUR STAY
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we ask that guests:
• Respect our neighbours and local village community.
• Keep noise to reasonable levels.
• Do not smoke inside the residence.
• Do not hold parties, weddings or events without prior written approval.
• Do not bring pets unless previously approved.
• Comply with all Indonesian laws.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The residence must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Illegal drugs
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Commercial filming or photography without written approval
• Gambling
• Human trafficking
• Any activity prohibited under Indonesian law
Any breach may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
